is tarnished. We hear the word stewardship and immediately go negative. All too

HOPE Teams and the Gulf Coast
When hurricanes Katrina and Rita hit the Gulf Coast, it was said that rebuilding would be a decade long project. It was further said
that most people not directly affected would lose interest after a year or two and forget. Happily, we at St. John's have not
forgotten, two and a half years later. Our 18th HOPE team recently completed their trip to Louisiana.

Greetings in Christ
Christmas Cards and Note Cards

St. John's Sanctuary Angels Christmas card features the angels created by Pastor David Smith
and Andy Chizzo this past Christmas. The back of the card is a memorial to Pastor Smith and his enthusiastic involvement in the work of
our HOPE Teams.
Card sales continue in the narthex on Sundays, or visit Greetings in
Christ (www.GreetingsinChrist.org), a ministry offering a variety of greeting cards that benefit renewal and recovery while remembering all who share
the Gospel as they serve those in need.
