Bags will be distributed on Sunday, March 11 after the 8:00 and 10:45 services. Remaining bags will still be available in the narthex on Sundays, March 18 and 25.
Each family that takes a bag will be responsible for distributing the eggs and taping the “You’ve Been Egged” notice on the front door sometime in the two weeks prior to Holy Week in their neighborhood. The family will hide the 12 eggs all over in their neighbor’s yard.
Print out a “You’ve Been Egged” notice here.
There will also be a traditional Easter Egg Hunt for the children of St. John’s in between services on Easter morning. Young children (toddlers) will hunt for eggs at 9:30am. Older children will hunt for eggs at 10:00am.
