Regional Collection Center for Relief Supplies

Lutheran Church Charities collecting items for Haiti Earthquake Relief. St. John’s has been designated a regional collection center to receive the items listed below. The initial collection will be gathered Jan 15-31. St John's regular office hours are 8:00a - 4:00p (Monday through Friday). Additional hours for drop off will be posted here as volunteers are assemble to receive them.

• · Peanut butter

• · Dry rice

• · Dry beans

• · Dishwashing liquid

• · Bedding (sheets, pillows, etc.)

• · Shovels and tools for rebuilding

• · Buckets

• · Antibacterial ointment

• · Band aids

• · Washcloths

• · Soap

• · Individual packets of disinfectant wipes

• · Deodorant

• · Tooth brushes

• · Tooth paste

• · Band-aids

• · First aid ointment

Due to need and space limitations on the initial container shipments, only these items will be accepted at this time. When donating items, please box up the items and mark what is in each box. If donating larger quantities, please box items separately. This makes it easier for our churches in Haiti to distribute the items as they do not have space to sort.
