A commitment to
FACTOR 10,000 is made on a monthly basis.
Participants can join at any time and are encouraged to assess, report and renew
their commitments each month. Your goals and progress are confidential,
but sharing them helps you join our collective effort and encourages all
who participate as we work toward our goals. Our health coordinator,
Lynne Braun, will be the only one to receive your personal information.
